refreshed

i'm not gonna touch my blogskin for a year or two.

think this is the longest i've ever spent on blogskin-editting. it took me like two days to finish? gosh.

there were a lot of.. noise i have to clear from the original downloaded template. as in, the unnecessary functions, and it took me some time trying to figure out the html codes. a bit rusty since it's been a long time since i changed my blogskin. on the good side, i've learnt a few new tricks, like how to scallop images by using photoshop. i love the rainbow header that i've scalloped! :D

i don't think my blog has been so colourful before. in conjunction with my upcoming birthday party i guess? (: still trying to get used to the brightness of the skin and the side column being on the right instead of the usual left.

somebody mentioned that the words on my blog were too small. so for that somebody's benefit, i've enlarged the words this time round. happy? -.-

i'll also make more effort to post up photos instead of just word posts. but photos really take a longgggggg time to be uploaded. =/

there are a lot more things i need to put more effort in actually. such as my monthly craft project. i'm in the midst of one actually and it's only like 25% accomplished. plus, i really need to tidy up my room cos some of my craft materials are nowhere to be found. T.T plus plus, i haven't been able to do much reading recently. ): previously, it was cos i've been addicted to drama series but i'm not even watching them now and still i've no time to do the me-stuff. plus plus plus, there are a lot of pending stuff like fpa chalet planning, shg night activity planning etc etc. have i mentioned birthday planning already?

*pulls hair*

april has been a really crazy month for me. lots of birthday-dos, stress at home and other what-nots. i'm glad april is ending.

looking forward to may already! 2 public holidays and of course, the long-awaited taiwan trip! i just hope the bird flu situation stabilises in china and taiwan soon.. oh, i've yet to settle travel insurance and baggage weight-adds too!

which reminds me, i should put a checklist widget on my blog too. =/
