haha actually when we took the pictures, they were just random ideas! as in not according to a story line whatsoever. it just happened that when i looked at the photos again, i realised they could form a plot! haha creative much? i should go be a scriptwriter! but i think liangying will feel that i'll do better being an actress! right? ;)

went to Suntec City after lunch trying to find suitable Children's Day presents for my students! (the reason why jo was with me after school) i had to give them today cos this Saturday is Children's Day already. and i got these for them!

on the left - chocolate eggs with Cars' collectibles (i think toy cards and some cards). have been asking around for opinions on the children day's presents that i should get for my students cos i had no idea initially. amanda suggested either food or toys for my p1 boy and guess what? i managed to find a 2-in-1! awesome much? :D anyway, you should have seen my student's grin when he saw his present! :D i hoped he doesn't eat them too soon/ too much cos he's having sore throat plus a little coughing (like me!) and chocolate's gonna worsen them. =/

on the right - SNSD photocard in a photo frame. my p6 girl is an avid SNSD fan so i thought she might like this. plus, even if she doesn't like the photo, she can use the frame for other purposes. so yup, just went ahead and got this for her cos i don't know what to give her either.

anyway, saw Christabelle when we were on our way home from City Hall and the 3 of us chatted and caught up. it was really great seeing her again! oh during our conversation, she said something along this line,

i must have been silent for too many seconds upon hearing this because they asked me if i was alright/ if i was still in shock.

i guess i was in shock. i mean, it's not like i didn't know but when you hear the truth out loud like that...

the realisation hits you all the same anyway, no matter how many times it has hit you already.
