eureka!

date: Wednesday, July 06, 2011

this, was what i had for dinner:

one might have mistaken it for a christmas dish.

it can't be helped for those were the only ingredients i could find in the fridge. yes i know, it sounds pathetic. T.T

whenever i cook maggie, nothing upsets me more than having my egg yolk broken. i love eating my egg yolk in one piece. the feeling of the partially liquid egg yolk exploding in your mouth is just awesome. and having my egg yolk broken would mean that i can't experience that feeling when i have my maggie. ):

anyway, i think my 'wanderlust' list has just grown again. probably by twice. looking at the pictures posted by those passionate bloggers' which depicted their personal moments and touches of eureka has made me want to do something to that plain wall in front of me badly. i am not kidding.

i.am.going.to.do.this.

the idea that i'm currently having is to make alphabets using different fabrics or creative papers on cardboard or styrofoam (but styrofoam is environmentally unfriendly if i didn't remember wrongly) in different colours, sizes and fonts, cut them out, and paste them on a wall to form a quote. i've been looking around on blogs and found a few short quotes (and designs) that i really like:

a. Do what you love, love what you do.

b. Remember your own values and stick by them.

c. Sometimes the dreams that come true, are the dreams you never even knew you had.

d. Sing your song. Dance your dance. Tell your tale.

e. If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a Garden.

f. To love would be an awfully big adventure.

g. If wishes were fishes, we'd all cast nets.

i personally like a, b, c, d and f though i think choosing f would pose a challenge in the making of that hot air balloon. nevertheless, i'm still looking around.

if you've noticed, under the 'support' section of my sidebar is this icon 'link with love'. do click on it to visit the website. i think it's a very thoughtful project, sharing with people the importance of posting pictures with proper credits. i'm still trying to recall the source where i've taken my dandelion pic from but my memory is failing me like it always does. i only remember taking it from tumblr. i'd be taking it down once i find a nice picture to replace it. nice picture found. (:

meanwhile, i shall continue to blog hop and search for inspiration to deco my wall. *stares at the blank white wall*
