CHRISTMAS IS AROUND THE CORNER!

it's only 4 days away!

i was reading garfield comic at straits times's lifestyle today.

garfield: oh boy oh boy oh boy!
garfield: just five more das till christmas! only five!
garfield: of cos, i dont need to count christmas day, so that'd make it four!
garfield: and today's almost half over, so if i dont count it, that's three!
garfield: then figure three days of sleep, at sixteen hours a day...
garfield: eighteen... carry the one... divided by four...
garfield: it's christmas eve!

so cute luhh. if i count like him, it's alr christmas day for me right now! (:

but... i think most prob i'll be spending christmas day at robinsons with my other colleagues laa. quite special eh? couldnt think of a BETTER way to celebrate christmas.

for those who are too slow to detect, i was just being sarcastic.

i dont understand. why will anyone be out SHOPPING during christmas? shouldnt they be at home spending the time and celebrating the day with their loved ones?

i definitely will.

if im not working that day that is.

that said,

so why should robinsons even be opened on christmas day?!

sighs.

howhowhow? but i get 1.5 times the pay i get on normal days if i work during public holidays.

yesyes. cheers to money. cheers to my dream camera. cheers to whatever things i can buy with the money.

for money, i'll GLADLY work on christmas and new year. :D

for money.

okay wait. im not even sure im working on christmas anyway.

p/s: im working from 1pm to 9pm tmr which means i'll miss my little nyonya! ahhhhhhhhh! ):

p/s 2: im sick of hearing the christmas songs at robinsons. no, im sick of hearing them anywhere! one fine day, i'll be able to memorise the sequence of the christmas soundtracks played at robinsons bcos im hearing them eight hours straight for dunno how many days a week. but i still hum with the songs at work laa. (:

p/s 3: i love the silvery bluish sparkly lights outside robinsons entrance and the candy decors and lights along the whole of orchard road. read the papers that day and this article wrote that the locals didnt like the lights at all bcos found them disappointing and too kiddish/ cheap/ budget/ fairytales/ blahblahblah but the tourists and foreigners love them a lot. well. to me, the definition of disappointing is not having any lights and decors at orchard road at all bcos what's christmas without lights and decors? i for one definitely love the lights and sweet decors along orchard road this year. :D

guess u can nvr pls everyone yea?

just like customers. (:

for money.
